Seamless Aluminum
5” and 6” K- Gutter (OGEE
style) – This is the traditional aluminum rain
gutter with the crown molding profile. We fabricate continuous
gutter on location from one of our new machines, eliminating
unsightly and problematic seams mid-run. We also use only
the heaviest gauge aluminum (.032) for our gutters and all
of the screws used to fasten the system are painted to match
the gutter.

When fascia board is present, we hang the
gutter using an internal hanger that cannot be seen from the
ground. It clips into the gutter and we screw through it and
into the fascia board with a wood grip screw (we NEVER use
nails). Without fascia, other companies use straps that are
nailed onto the shingle that the gutter hangs from. We believe
that straps looks terrible, not to mention the fact that 200
nails through your roof are not the greatest form of leak
prevention. Connecticut Gutter LLC takes it one step further
and incorporates the “Mole” Hidden Hanger Attachment
to use utilize straps without having them seen on the roof.
All of this makes for a very clean and extremely sturdy gutter
system.

Half-Round Aluminum
5” and 6” Half-Round
– The half-round system is a fabricated from 20 ft.
sections of aluminum half-round gutter. We pop rivet each
section tot the other, seal the seam with tri-polymer sealant
and then hide the seam underneath a circle hanger or wrap-around
strap, depending on the type of install. Seams are water tight
and undetectable. This system looks fantastic on more traditional
homes. They achieve a classic look and accent nicely. These
gutter systems are readily available in white and brown, but
can be airbrushed before installation by one of our techs
to the custom color of your choice if you so desire.
