Seamless 5" and 6" K- Gutter
(OGEE style)
This style is the traditional
rain gutter profile with the crown molding profile as seen
in the image to the right. We fabricate continuous gutter
on location from one of our new machines, creating beautiful
lines and seam free gutter runs. We use 16 ounce copper coil
to produce our gutter, regardless of the size you opt for. |

|
|
All seams at the end caps, the outlets and
at any mitres are soldered on-site with a soldering iron.
These gutters can be hung with internal copper or brass hangers
if there is fascia board in place, or hung from the roof with
wrap-around hangers and straps.
We can use any leaderpipe style you choose
with this gutter, including 2" x 3" or 3" x
4" corrugated pipe, 3" or 4" round pipe, or
even smooth, square copper pipe if you choose.
Half-Round Copper Gutter

Half-Round Copper Gutter
"5” and 6” Half-Round-The half-round system is a fabricated from 10 or 20
ft. sections of copper half-round gutter. We pop rivet each
section to the other, soundly solder the seam with 50/50 solder
and a soldering iron and then hide the seam underneath a circle
hanger or wrap-around strap, depending on the type of install.
Seams are water tight and undetectable. |

This system looks
fantastic on more traditional or historic homes. They achieve
a classic look and accent nicely. As you may or may not know,
the shiny copper finish will slowly patina to a light green
color over a number of years.

measurements per gutter and translate the data to have the
pieces custom made for your project. the result is a continuous,
custom copper gutter run that matches the curves of your home
exactly. Both K-Gutter and Half-Round Gutter can be curved
to match a radius. |
