About this project:

While this old slate roof should be replaced in its entirety, the client opted for a "fix" for now, and we have just the right product. The granulated roof material inferior and deteriorating, and the copper rain gutter was completely worn through and no longer holding water. We replaced the undersized copper gutter with a high back 6"K copper, then began building our roof system with primer, fiberglass remat inlaid into the first coating and two additional coats to protect this roof for decades to come.
