About this project:
New construction in Old Greenwich directly adjacent to the entrance to Tod's Point, overlooking the Long Island Sound. Masterful gutter system install tackling custom inside and outside "bay" mitres, an oversized custom conductor head at a rear deck scupper and exacting penetrations through Ipe deck material for a clean, exacting look. The gutters were installed with Microguard gutter cover to severely reduce maintenance and to strengthen the gutter to hold up to the metal roof snow and ice effects in winter.
