There are many ways to remedy a failing copper built-in gutter liner. One way is to remove part of the roof so you can get at the copper liner, then replace the liner and replace the roof. Another strategy is to coat the existing copper liner with a seamless, liquid plastic membrane to get the gutter back in service without breaking the bank.
